All new machines / testers that customers purchased will include installation and commissioning at site. Training is also included to ensure optimal understaning, usage and maintenance of the equipment.

After sales support is essential to ensure customers’ satisfaction. Majority of products are repaired locally to minimize cost and turnaround time.
We are OEM authorized calibration lab for force and torque calibration. For items out of accuracy, adjustment shall be performed according to factory calibration procedures and issued with in-house calibration certificate. We also collaborate with 17025 accredited laboratories for SAC/SINGLAS Certification if requested.
