Lloyd Instruments Spring Tester is a fully integrated system, designed to provide detailed spring sample analysis at the touch of button. Operators need only set sample dimensions and pass/fail limits once within a batch of test samples and the system will do the rest. In an instant, it will perform calculations such as work done, displacement, extension, spring rate, load height and the difference between the first and last cycle.

Designed to accommodate an extensive range of spring samples, the system operates in tension and compression modes, with a continuous cycling capability. Specially shaped grips ensure accurate sample positioning and increased throughput speed, while the integrated safety features deem the system acceptable for use in strictly regulated environments.

The single column machines cover up to the 5KN testing capacity whilst the dual column machines cover up to 100KN testing capacity.
